I am a strength and conditioning coach that plays rugby, runs obstacle courses, and competes in kettlebell competitions. I am also the strength and conditioning coach for the Tornados (the Illinois High School All State Rugby Team). Each day is another day to become a stronger and better conditioned athlete and that is what I strive to do with myself and others. Focus on making small progressions every time you workout and they will soon add up to be great results over time.
Experience I went to Loras College in Dubuque, IA and while there I played Football and Wrestled. At the end of my college days I found out about Rugby and started out playing for the Gentlemen of Dubuque. I then moved back home to Chicago and played Rugby for the Chicago Blaze and the Chicago Griffins. I have also climbed to the top of the Sears Tower and have competed in many Triathlons and Obstacle Races. In 2012 I found a new challenge with Kettlebell Sport and I have competed in many of those competitions as well.
